What happens between applying and your first load

Most hiring pages stop at “apply now” and leave you guessing. Here is the whole sequence, including the parts that land on you.

You apply and send documents

We text you the Tenstreet link. Along with the application we need clear photos of your CDL, both sides, your old CDL if you still have it, and your medical card.

Clear photos matter more than it sounds. A blurry corner on a CDL is the most common reason a file sits an extra day.

We run your checks

CDL, MVR, PSP and VOE. Nothing is needed from you at this stage. This is the quiet part of the process, and it is us doing the waiting, not you.

A call with your fleet manager

We schedule it and call. This is the conversation that matters: the person on the other end is the one you will be working with, not a recruiter who hands you off after signing.

Pick up when we ring. If you miss it, the whole timeline shifts by however long it takes to get you back on the phone.

Clearinghouse and the drug test

You get a text or an email. You have to log in and accept our Clearinghouse request before anything else can move. Nobody can do this part for you, and it is the single most common place where a file stalls.

Once that clears, we send your test date and location. Bring your ID and show up on time.

Travel and orientation

We book your bus or flight and send the details. Orientation runs three to four hours: sign papers, get your truck. It is not three days of classroom.

The short version

Two things are on you: accepting the Clearinghouse request, and answering the phone. Everything else is ours. Do those two quickly and the process moves about as fast as it can.
