Home time
We hire in all 48 states, and how often you get home depends on where home is. Our freight runs heaviest in the east, so the closer you live to it, the shorter the gap.
Most of our successful drivers choose to go home every 3 to 4 weeks. More time on the road means more miles and a bigger weekly paycheck.

Common questions
The things drivers ask before they sign for a truck. Don't see yours? A recruiter answers it on the call.
Which trucks can I lease?
The same tractors we run company: Freightliner, Peterbilt, Volvo, Kenworth and Mack, model years 2023 to 2027. Every one comes with a diesel APU, power inverter, refrigerator and microwave in the cab.
Are the trucks governed, and at what speed?
Yes. Every truck in the fleet is governed at 72 mph, and it stays that way on a lease. The limit is there for safety.
Are the trucks automatic or manual?
Automatic. There is no manual in the fleet.
How long is the lease term?
Three to five years.
Is there a balloon payment at the end?
No. Nothing is waiting for you at the end of the term.
How much experience do I need before I can lease?
The same bar as a company seat: a year of OTR and six months on flatbed. Lease purchase then opens after three months driving for us, so you start company and move across once those months are behind you.

Real reviews left by drivers on TruckersReport.
Dispatch is on point and they keep me moving. Not much sitting, good communication, and I'm averaging about 3,400 miles a week.
Miles are steady and I get paid for all the miles I run. Paychecks come on time, dispatch keeps me busy. If something comes up, they answer and we handle it.
Office people treat drivers fair, and what they tell you is pretty much what it is. Miles were steady, I got paid on time, and if something came up it got handled.
Ready when you are.
