Home time
We hire in all 48 states, and how often you get home depends on where home is. Our freight runs heaviest in the east, so the closer you live to it, the shorter the gap.
Most of our successful drivers choose to go home every 3 to 4 weeks. More time on the road means more miles and a bigger weekly paycheck.

Common questions
The things owner operators ask before they sign. Don't see yours? A recruiter answers it on the call.
Do I get a say in the loads I run?
Yes. Every load is agreed with you before it is booked. Dispatch brings you the run, not a decision already made.
Do I run under your authority or my own?
Under ours. You run on our MC and DOT numbers, and we supply the paperwork and permits that keep you legal on the road.
What do I pay to get started?
A one-off round of pre-hire checks: drug screen, MVR, PSP and Clearinghouse, plus sending your paperwork and any state permits. There is also a security deposit, taken out of settlements in weekly instalments rather than up front, and returned after you leave. A rented trailer carries its own deposit on the same terms. Your recruiter goes through the current figures line by line.
What insurance is carried, and what am I responsible for?
Liability and cargo coverage run through us as a weekly deduction, along with occupational accident cover. A trailer is the owner's responsibility: insure it against physical damage yourself, or carry it on our policy and cover that.
Who handles plates, permits and IFTA?
Plates and registration are yours. They are billed once a year and can be split across several payments rather than falling due in one. You need a Form 2290 on file, and we can file it for you. IFTA and the reporting behind it run through us.
Do I need my own trailer?
No. Bring yours if you have one, or rent from us: $350 a week for a flatbed, $440 for a Conestoga. If you would rather not pull a trailer at all, there is power only work.
How much experience do I need?
The same bar as every other seat here: a year of OTR and six months on flatbed. Owning the truck does not change what we need behind the wheel.

Real reviews left by drivers on TruckersReport.
Dispatch is on point and they keep me moving. Not much sitting, good communication, and I'm averaging about 3,400 miles a week.
Miles are steady and I get paid for all the miles I run. Paychecks come on time, dispatch keeps me busy. If something comes up, they answer and we handle it.
Office people treat drivers fair, and what they tell you is pretty much what it is. Miles were steady, I got paid on time, and if something came up it got handled.
