What you get

Your first payout comes after your driver’s first week, and every milestone after that pays more than the last, up to $10,000. It’s per driver, so bring two and you get paid on both. And you get someone you trust driving on the same team.

How it works

1. Your driver calls our fleet manager at (360) 810-8130 and says your name.
2. They get hired by November 21.
3. You start getting paid after their first week, and each payout is bigger than the last.

The fine print

Your driver needs to be hired between October 14 and November 21, 2026, and meet our standard requirements, like a CDL-A, a year of OTR and six months on flatbed. Hiring takes a few steps (here’s what they are), so the sooner they call, the better.

Make sure your driver says your name before they apply. The bonus is for drivers who are new to us, so anyone already in our system doesn’t qualify, and each hire pays one person.

Payouts keep coming as long as you’re both with Vrinc LLC and your driver is in good standing. Like the rest of your pay, the bonus is taxable income.
