Refer a driver, earn $1,500: how the bonus pays out
Every driver knows other drivers. Some you trained with, some you got talking to at a truck stop, some you have been trading loads gossip with for years. If one of them is good, and you send them our way, that is worth real money to you: up to $1,500 as they run their first year with us.
Who counts as a referral
Anyone with real experience: a friend, a former co-driver, someone you met at a shipper, a rest area, or on the road. They go through the same door as everyone else, and they clear the same bar, the standard requirements. Your referral does not lower it, and it does not need to: you would not put your name on a driver you would not run beside.
The schedule, dollar by dollar
The bonus is not one check. It follows your referral through their first year, and it pays you as they stay:
- $100 a month for months 1 through 5
- $200 in month 6
- $300 in month 9
- $500 in month 12
Total: $1,500. The biggest piece lands at the year mark, because a driver who stays a year is the driver worth referring.
The one condition
Payments follow the schedule while the driver you referred remains active with Vrinc LLC. If they leave, the remaining payments stop. That is the whole fine print: no forms to chase, no thresholds hidden in a handbook.
How to send someone
Have them call Radu directly at (360) 810-8130, and tell them to say who sent them. Or point them at the application, it takes about ten minutes.
